www.themancompany.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanction countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  • Where do you deliver?

    We deliver anywhere in the UAE.
  • I have placed an Order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. It will include your order number and estimated time of delivery.
  • Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

    Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for the desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order, please contact us at customer support to cancel the order so that a fresh order can be placed.
  • How can I track my order?

    The confirmation email will include the delivery details. It will include the shipment number/AWB and name of the courier company. You can track your order at their website or you can write to us at care@themancompany.ae
  • Are there any shipping charges?

    For UAE - Free delivery within UAE for all orders above AED 150, for orders below AED 150 we will charge AED 22.

  • Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

    Yes, you will receive a call on the day the delivery is to be attempted. In case you are not available at your address, you can ask the courier person to deliver the products the next day.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 2-3 working days to fulfill the delivery within the UAE.

  • Can you expedite my product on priority?
